View new post malfunction + VNI typing mode

1. After the data crash, 'view new posts' seems to be malfunctioning. I can't get new posts.
2. Most of the people here don't type Vietnamese a lot so I think it's better to disable Vietnamese typing by default so we won't have to turn it off to avoid unexpected accent marks.

I agree that Vietnamese off should be the default. For some reason after I turned it off, it still comes up with marks above the letters.

Thank you. I have another suggestion. It seems that the forum font is too small. Could you increase it to 12 or 13 pt . It will be esaier to read.
