PhD in Vietnamese Language

I want to ask you is there a Doctorate (I think they called it also PhD program) in Viêt Nam which they are teaching in English language :)
My girlfriend wants to study for Doctorate and she wants to know are there such oportunity in Việt Nam :)

Dear Vladokan.

I don't think that there is a Ph.D or MA. degree offered in English in Vietnam. But if she wants to do a PhD in Vietnam, she can start to learn Vietnamese first ;) according to the regulations of graduate program of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, foreign students can register in a PhD or Ma program WITHOUT entrance examination. Hope that helps
