I started using Facebook some days ago and found it really wonderful! There are many great extra applications and I added the "Famous Quotes". Then I came across this one:

"If all else fails, immortality can always be assured by spectacular error."

I tried to figure it out but failed. It's quite hard for me to understand! Could someone help me to? Thanks a bunch!

P/S: Why don't we create a VIEX group in Facebook :) So we can have each other's contact information and always stay in touch :)

That means...if you can't do anything better, you can always make yourself "live forever" (immortality) by making a mistake that no one will forget. :D

The Hindenburg, Valujet flight 592 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ValuJet_Flight_592) and GWB are examples of "immortality by spectacular error".

Thank you very much Khatores!

And the one of today:

"A bachelor is a man who comes to work each morning from a different direction. "

Really confused, or maybe I'm so stupid :D

P/S: What does your nickname means, Khatores? :D

LOL!! That means he has a lot of girlfriends.

It doesn't really mean much of anything. It's a respelling of "catorce" which means "fourteen" in Spanish. I just like the way the word looks.

Apparently it's also a word in some Middle Eastern language but I don't know what it means. Hopefully nothing bad.

 OMG!!! I thought it was a serious quote, and "bachelor" here meant "a graduate who holds a bachelor's degree"

So are you a bachelor and do you come to work each morning from a different direction? :D

Maybe, but Yahoo 360 has a lot of technical errors and they seems not to want to fix those issues. Anyway, Y!360 and Facebook have different purposes, I think, so don't compare the two :P

I'm a bachelor but I think whoever said that doesn't know what they're talking about. LOL
