the design is not appropriate for an online shop. images are too closely placed and big. small thumbnails works good with a nice side panel with the shopping categories.

About your design..It is simple but I don't like it. The picture really are big and too much. It is better use 1-3 big picture or if you want to put a lot of picture, make sure make it into thumbnail.
